Driving School History
Southern Tagalog Driving School (STDS was established in March 1989 under the sole proprietorship of Emilio Cule Rodriguez. It started with two (2) training vehicles, an owner-type Jeep and Toyota Corona 1975 model. Its primary puropose is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge in driving different vehicle categories; to provide knowledgeable and fully equipped drivers.
The expansion of STDS continued in accordance with new LTO guidelines and protocols, catering face-to-face, online lecture, and actual practical driving course guided by LTO affiliated and trained driving instructors.
